how long and often are the sessions?

Sessions are 1 hour long, and intend to be biweekly. This schedule helps you adjust to topic changes and includes check-ins the following week.

can i contact you outside of our session?

For clients who opt for either of my programs, I am fully dedicated and available to assist you 24/7 via email. Your queries and concerns are important to me, and I strive to respond within 24 hours to provide you with the support you need.

what if i need to cancel or reschedule a session?

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to be adjusted. Sessions are available online through Zoom or in person at Moorpark Park in Studio City during spring and summer. You may choose to have sessions either online or in person to enjoy mother nature and the outdoors on a beautiful day.
